The future of Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale is set to be one of the biggest talking points of the summer transfer window.
Speculation around his future went into overdrive on Sunday as manager Zinedine Zidane refused to bring him off the bench as a substitute in their 2-0 loss to Real Betis.

After the game, Zidane told reporters: “I’m sorry he didn’t get to play, but no one knows what will happen.
“If I think a player doesn’t fit in the team, I have to do what I think works best.
“No one can change what Bale has done for the team, but as a coach I have to live in the present.”
Some believe this signals his time in the Spanish capital is over but other feel Bale is unwilling to be cast aside unceremoniously and is willing to wait things out at the Bernabeu.
