The Rangers manager said: â€Å“It’s no secret that there’s an interest there but until we get it complete, there’s nothing really to say on it.

â€Å“I’m not going to sit here and deny it because obviously it’s out there that there is an interest.”

Motherwell manager Steve Robinson admitted in his own press conference that Hastie will likely move away from Fir Park this summer.

Robinson said Hastie ‘won’t sign for me’ as the youngster nears the end of his contract.

â€Å“I believe Jake’s signed for another club,” he added. â€Å“It’s not for me to announce.”

Rangers will have to pay Motherwell a development fee should they sign Hastie on a free transfer this summer.
